At Itabela Home, we want you to be delighted with every item you purchase. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help make returns easy.

- Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Packaging: Please return items in the original packaging to ensure safe transit.

How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us – Email us at itabelahome@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Return Authorization – Upon approval, you will receive a return authorization and instructions.
3. Ship the Item Back – Use the original packaging when possible, and include your return authorization inside the package.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process above. You may place a new order for your desired item, and we’ll process the return once we receive your original item.
